Great suction. Now 5 mths old. Worked really well approx 10 times, used for upstairs only. Great suction. Now 5 mths old, air sucks in where seal between main body and dustbin.
Seal not apparently damaged or poorly fitting. The handle to lift machine is on the dustbin so when you lift it it pulls away from seal making leak even worse. Consequently suction at floor tool is dramatically reduced. Have requested refund. Poor design/build quality for the brand.
